A routine maintenance job turns into a nightmare when a group of utility workers become trapped deep beneath the city in a maze of underground tunnels. Unbeknownst to them, a scientist conducting illegal experiments has mutated himself into a horrific creature that evolves by consuming its victims. As the monster grows stronger with every kill, the workers must fight for survival in the darkness before they are hunted down one by one.
